I've purchased the Combat Extreme Southern Blend Tall Fescue on multiple occasions. I've had nothing but outstanding results with this seed. It has nice color and a high germination rate. I'm really surprised to see so many bad reviews.

I purchased ground cover seeds. I chose the higher seed count, which ran about $8. I then paid $3.50 in shipping for these seeds. You can imagine my surprise when the seed arrived in a small, flat envelope. The ground cover seed packet was the same size as one you'd buy at a grocery store for marigolds. Why this tiny seed packet required over $3 to ship is beyond me. A regular envelope with a first-class stamp would have sufficed. I will never shop for seed here again. Total ripoff.

I ordered 200 seeds of viola freckles cause I was going to use them as ground cover. I started them indoors and followed the instructions to a T. I even separated the tiny things into by 4s cause it said each 3-4 for 1 plant. After 6 weeks not a single thing had grown. Not one. After some research I found out that they have to be cold stratified. Nothing online or on the packet said anything about that. I emailed customer support, no response. Their phone number is only for sales, they don't want to talk about customer issues. Terrible company, find what you're looking for somewhere else.

Ordered clover, it was shipped in one day, received fast. Prepared my Texas lawn by scalping the grass to one inch and picking up chaff. A two pound bag of mini clover was scattered by hand tossing over the grass. Watered daily and after 6-days I have little sprouts all over. VERY SATISFIED WITH OUTSIDEPRIDE AND I DON'T BELIEVE THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. Just follow directions regarding temperature and water it a lot.

No quality control. Bought seeds and they were a different species entirely. Also emailed company multiple times with no response. Poorly run business-stay away!

Would give a 0 if possible. Planted a bunch of their flower seeds Johnny jumps, other all of it were I planted/sowed Mountain spinch a edible weed. Didnt want thgat ruined my flower garden for the year.

Had purchased 1000 Hollyhock seeds. They sent me two packages. Each package says 500 seeds.

I opened one package. Went to plant some of the seeds. It didn't seem like there were 500 seeds.

Then I opened the other package and counted those seeds. There were only 250 seeds.

Not able to count the seeds from first package because I had already planted most of those seeds. Thinking there was probably about the same amount as the package of seeds I was able to count.

This company ripped me off. They shorted me on these seeds, I wonder how many other people have been shorted on seeds.

I left a review with this information. The review has to be approved before they post it. I noticed that my review still has not been published. That is not right that they get to pick and choose what reviews can be listed.

I am also trying to get a refund, but still have not heard back from them.

I’ve purchased seed from this company for over 3 years and have had no problems whatsoever. I have purchased annuals, perennials and the mini clover, all germinated with at least 75% germination rate.

Bought via amazon and the seeds never arrived. Their customer service or lack of customer service blamed me for not having the seeds then tried to belittle me by saying I didn't know what I ordered. We operate a cut flower garden and will never consider them again nor should you.

I've placed a few orders over the years and have been happy with the results until last year. Two separate seed packets of 1,000 seeds each had a zero germination rate. I emailed them with photos and they never responded. I was reminded of this horrible germination rate when watching a great video tonight by Epic Gardening channel on a competing seed company who sells seeds that I have a 100% germination rate with. The competition has an employee who batch tests every seed shipment received from suppliers. Outside Pride isn't testing their seed for the germination rate, clearly.

Have used Outsidepride miniclover for prior seasons with good results. However, the 2 lb. miniclover I purchased this season is heavily adulterated with some other green plant that is approximately the same size, but with completely different leaf shape --nothing like clover. No telling how my lawn will look next the spring! Very disappointing. I will not purchase any seeds from Outsidepride again.

Worst company ever

This company is completely ridiculous. I ordered this poa supina grass seed to plant near my pine trees because of shade tolerance. And they sent me creeping clover seed instead. To make matters worse they told me that it was quite impossible for them to have made this mistake and wouldn’t do anything without producing the bag it came in. Who doesn’t throw away the empty bag after planting the seed?? The impossible for us to have made a mistake stance is a recurring theme with them.
I wasted 8 hours of my time and a 140.00 in soil only to have to have to dig it up and throw it away.

Their customer service is terrible. Buyer be ware.

I ordered their deer clover mix for 2.5 acres and it’s coming in great! Very excited to see it in next years to come as it should continue to get better. I received one bag that must’ve ripped open during shipping and they replaced it right away.

Outsidepride is a horrible company and does not believe in customer service. If you have a problem it is your fault - no exceptions. They do not have a customer service phone number to contact them. They make you type in your issue on their website and then do not bother to answer any questions even when sent several times. They are only interested in selling. Stay Away unless you like being disappointed and wasting your time and money.

Charged 22$ for two packs of moss seeds that did not germinate. When I asked for a refund they said they don't guaranty their seeds I must not have planted them right. Planting directions spread seed lightly tamp down keep moist. Didn't grow one sprout my fault my ass.
